"Partner with Us" Web Page

The goal of this project was to create a dedicated area on the Drinkaware website to showcase partnership case studies. This page would serve multiple purposes: engaging current partners, demonstrating the impact of partnerships, and attracting potential partners and funders by highlighting our ongoing work and future opportunities.

Discovery & Stakeholder Collaboration:

I began by gathering requirements from key stakeholders, including Marketing and Communications and Buisness Development and Partnership teams, to understand their vision for the page. This involved:

●      Listening to their goals and aligning the website content with broader marketing and business development objectives.

●      Conducting a competitor analysis to explore how similar organizations present partnership case studies and how information is best displayed for target audiences.

Research & Ideation:

Using insights from discovery, I ideated and mocked up an initial version of the page that would feature our current partnership information. The design aimed to break down different types of partnerships and display the information clearly, given our available resources. I also provided a list of required copy and resources for stakeholders to provide.

As the project progressed, I proposed long-term improvements for engagement, including enhancing the information architecture in the “About Us” section and requesting more dynamic resources (e.g., video, statistics) from partners to better engage visitors.

Implementation & Iteration:

While this was not a digital-led project, I worked on the page’s design in anticipation of the content requirements being met.

After an initial pause on the project due to lack of availability from the Content team, the project was reignited with a new content writer. Together, we reviewed the existing work and content requirements. And the initial copy has been written and is pending approved before proceeding with the build in the CMS.

Outcome:

Delivered a well-received design that showcases our current partnerships and is adaptable for future content.

Gathered feedback to ensure the page met stakeholder expectations, including long-term suggestions for improving engagement.
